Zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed osobnosti MBTI metodou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

V\u016fbec prvn\u00edm \u0161kolen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsme v projektu Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed na Z\u0160<\/a> absolvovali, bylo n\u011bkolika denn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed na metodu MBTI pro pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)<\/a> je psychologick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f u lid\u00ed. Tento n\u00e1stroj byl vytvo\u0159en na z\u00e1klad\u011b teori\u00ed Carl Junga a je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n k ur\u010den\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f u lid\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBTI se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze \u0161estn\u00e1cti osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f<\/a>, kter\u00e9 jsou ozna\u010deny p\u00edsmeny. Tyto typy jsou ur\u010deny na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dty\u0159 faktor\u016f: extraverze (E) versus introverze (I), SMYSLY (S) versus INTUICE (N), ROZHODOV\u00c1N\u00cd (T) versus C\u00cdT\u011aN\u00cd (F) a USUZOV\u00c1N\u00cd (JUDGING) versus VN\u00cdM\u00c1N\u00cd (PERCEIVING). Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 vrozen\u00e9 preference pro ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed jeho osobnostn\u00ed typ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBTI je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro pedagogy, proto\u017ee jim umo\u017e\u0148uje l\u00e9pe pochopit sv\u00e9 studenty a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit sv\u00e9 u\u010debn\u00ed metody jejich pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. MBTI tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee pedagog\u016fm pomoci l\u00e9pe pochopit sami sebe a nal\u00e9zt zp\u016fsoby, jak l\u00e9pe vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u00e9 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky p\u0159i v\u00fduce. N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie nav\u00edc ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pou\u017eit\u00ed MBTI m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdkonnost student\u016f a na atmosf\u00e9ru ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
