V\u016fbec prvn\u00edm \u0161kolen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsme v projektu Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed na Z\u0160<\/a> absolvovali, bylo n\u011bkolika denn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed na metodu MBTI pro pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)<\/a> je psychologick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f u lid\u00ed. Tento n\u00e1stroj byl vytvo\u0159en na z\u00e1klad\u011b teori\u00ed Carl Junga a je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n k ur\u010den\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f u lid\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n MBTI se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze \u0161estn\u00e1cti osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f<\/a>, kter\u00e9 jsou ozna\u010deny p\u00edsmeny. Tyto typy jsou ur\u010deny na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dty\u0159 faktor\u016f: extraverze (E) versus introverze (I), SMYSLY (S) versus INTUICE (N), ROZHODOV\u00c1N\u00cd (T) versus C\u00cdT\u011aN\u00cd (F) a USUZOV\u00c1N\u00cd (JUDGING) versus VN\u00cdM\u00c1N\u00cd (PERCEIVING). Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 vrozen\u00e9 preference pro ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed jeho osobnostn\u00ed typ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n MBTI je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro pedagogy, proto\u017ee jim umo\u017e\u0148uje l\u00e9pe pochopit sv\u00e9 studenty a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit sv\u00e9 u\u010debn\u00ed metody jejich pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. MBTI tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee pedagog\u016fm pomoci l\u00e9pe pochopit sami sebe a nal\u00e9zt zp\u016fsoby, jak l\u00e9pe vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u00e9 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky p\u0159i v\u00fduce. N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie nav\u00edc ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pou\u017eit\u00ed MBTI m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdkonnost student\u016f a na atmosf\u00e9ru ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0160kolen\u00ed MBTI pro pedagogy <\/a>vedla skv\u011bl\u00e1 lektorka Mgr. Bc. Ji\u0159ina Majerov\u00e1<\/a>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti v implementaci MBTI do pedagogick\u00e9 praxe. V roce 2010 obdr\u017eela osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed „Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Step 1 a 2\u201c a MMTIC“ v organizaci CAPT v USA. Je velmi profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed a vynasna\u017eila se \u0161kolen\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobit pot\u0159eb\u00e1m sv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. D\u00edky sv\u00fdm \u0161irok\u00fdm a dlouholet\u00fdm znalostem v oblasti MBTI n\u00e1m p\u0159edala plno praktick\u00fdch a u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdch rad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st \u0161kolen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme podstoupili, bylo sebepozn\u00e1vac\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed MBTI, kter\u00e9 bylo ur\u010deno pro pedagogy a odborn\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky. B\u011bhem \u0161kolen\u00ed jsme se sezn\u00e1mili s teori\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f a zjistili, k jak\u00e9mu typu osobnosti pat\u0159\u00edme. Slovy \u00fa\u010dastnic bylo \u0161kolen\u00ed velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee v\u00edce pochopily sami sebe a sv\u00e9 p\u0159irozen\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u0161kolen\u00ed byla zam\u011b\u0159ena na rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed typologick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb a z nich vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, zp\u016fsob\u016f komunikace a u\u010debn\u00edho stylu \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. B\u011bhem tohoto \u0161kolen\u00ed jsme se nau\u010dili, jak l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt osobnostem \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, a jak l\u00e9pe p\u0159izp\u016fsobit na\u0161i v\u00fduku jejich pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. Lektorka n\u00e1m p\u0159edstavila r\u016fzn\u00e9 strategie a techniky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pomohou vytvo\u0159it p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 u\u010debn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jak na\u0161i skv\u011bl\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 uchop\u00ed metodu ve sv\u00e9 praxi uk\u00e1\u017ee tento \u0161koln\u00ed rok. O post\u0159ehy se s V\u00e1mi r\u00e1di pod\u011bl\u00edme v p\u0159\u00edru\u010dce best practice, kter\u00e1 vznikne jako v\u00fdstup grantov\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
