Ve \u010dtvrtek 22. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jsme uspo\u0159\u00e1dali ohniskov\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch pracovnic z Jiho\u010desk\u00e9 Univerzity a \u0161esti pedagogick\u00fdch pracovnic. T\u00e9matem setk\u00e1n\u00ed byly hloubkov\u00e9 rozhovory k t\u0159em metod\u00e1m, na kter\u00e9 byly pedago\u017eky pro\u0161koleny: Tyg\u0159\u00ed sv\u011bt<\/a>, VIA<\/a> a MBTI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u011bhem setk\u00e1n\u00ed jsme z\u00edskali cenn\u00e9 informace o tom, jak pedago\u017eky vn\u00edmaj\u00ed trojici zkouman\u00fdch metod. Zjistili jsme, \u017ee pedago\u017eky jsou z metod nad\u0161en\u00e9. Hned p\u0159ich\u00e1zeli s n\u00e1pady, jak metody za\u010dlenit do sv\u00e9 praxe. U metody MBTI vznikla ot\u00e1zka, jak tak velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed v t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edm kolektivu p\u0159esn\u011b identifikovat. Obavy se v\u0161ak v z\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed rozplynuly. Metoda MBTI p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed krom\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9 identifikace i \u0159adu n\u00e1stroj\u016f, jak b\u011b\u017enou vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodinu ozvl\u00e1\u0161tnit nab\u00eddkou \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jednotliv\u00fdm tip\u016fm vyhovuje i bez p\u0159esn\u00e9ho ur\u010den\u00ed, jak\u00fd typ p\u0159esn\u011b dan\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00fdstupy z tohoto setk\u00e1n\u00edm pom\u016f\u017eou l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt tomu, jak budou metody uchopeny a vyu\u017eity v praxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na konci setk\u00e1n\u00ed jsme tak\u00e9 prodiskutovali mo\u017enosti spolupr\u00e1ce s pedago\u017ekami a pl\u00e1novali jsme dal\u0161\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch bychom mohli diskutovat o zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed metod do praxe a sd\u00edlet u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 post\u0159ehy. Pr\u00e1v\u011b sd\u00edlen\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f, ne\u00fasp\u011bch\u016f i strast\u00ed se uk\u00e1zalo pro projekt jako z\u00e1sadn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celkov\u011b jsme byli s ohniskov\u00fdm setk\u00e1n\u00edm velmi spokojeni a t\u011b\u0161\u00edme se na dal\u0161\u00ed osobn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed. Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee n\u00e1m v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 aktivity Jiho\u010desk\u00e9 Univerzity pomohou p\u0159isp\u011bt k lep\u0161\u00edmu pochopen\u00ed toho, jak metody mohou b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro rozvoj d\u011bt\u00ed a jak mohou pedago\u017eky efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat t\u011bchto n\u00e1stroj\u016f ve sv\u00e9 praxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
