Seznamte se s na\u0161\u00edm nov\u00fdm projektem ur\u010den\u00fdm jak jinak ne\u017e d\u011btem a jejich pedagog\u016fm a rodi\u010d\u016fm, tentokr\u00e1t ale zejm\u00e9na romsk\u00fdm rodin\u00e1m, jejich\u017e startovn\u00ed pozice nejen ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je znev\u00fdhodn\u011bna \u0159adou faktor\u016f. Zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se toti\u017e na to, v \u010dem jsou d\u011bti \u201edobr\u00e9\u201c. S odvahou. Ne n\u00e1hodou spolu s v\u010derej\u0161\u00ed premi\u00e9rou dokumentu o empatick\u00e9 komunikaci v li\u0161ovsk\u00e9m kin\u011b  jsme se rozhodli \u2026<\/p>\n\n

3. \u0160kolen\u00ed VIA \u2013 Values In Action<\/a><\/h3>\n\n

Jak\u00e9 jsou va\u0161e ctnosti? Na to odpov\u00edd\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed z testovan\u00fdch metod projektu Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed na Z\u0160. Tentokr\u00e1t se bav\u00edme o metod\u011b VIA Institute on Character, co\u017e je zkratka pro Values In Action (siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky v akci). Na\u0161e skv\u011bl\u00e9 u\u010ditelky po \u0161kolen\u00ed ji\u017e v\u00ed, jak s metodou za\u010d\u00edt ve sv\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch a \u2026<\/p>\n\n

Ve \u010dtvrtek 22. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jsme uspo\u0159\u00e1dali ohniskov\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch pracovnic z Jiho\u010desk\u00e9 Univerzity a \u0161esti pedagogick\u00fdch pracovnic. T\u00e9matem setk\u00e1n\u00ed byly hloubkov\u00e9 rozhovory k t\u0159em metod\u00e1m, na kter\u00e9 byly pedago\u017eky pro\u0161koleny: Tyg\u0159\u00ed sv\u011bt, VIA a MBTI. B\u011bhem setk\u00e1n\u00ed jsme z\u00edskali cenn\u00e9 informace o tom, jak pedago\u017eky vn\u00edmaj\u00ed trojici zkouman\u00fdch metod. Zjistili jsme, \u017ee pedago\u017eky jsou z \u2026<\/p>\n\n

1. \u0160kolen\u00ed MBTI pro pedagogy<\/a><\/h3>\n\n

Zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed osobnosti MBTI metodou V\u016fbec prvn\u00edm \u0161kolen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsme v projektu Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed na Z\u0160 absolvovali, bylo n\u011bkolika denn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed na metodu MBTI pro pedagogy. MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) je psychologick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed osobnostn\u00edch typ\u016f u lid\u00ed. Tento n\u00e1stroj byl vytvo\u0159en na z\u00e1klad\u011b teori\u00ed Carl Junga a je \u2026<\/p>\n\n

2. \u0160kolen\u00ed Tyg\u0159\u00ed sv\u011bt<\/a><\/h3>\n\n

N\u00e1stroj pochopen\u00ed Ten umo\u017e\u0148uje pedagog\u016fm i rodi\u010d\u016fm pracovat s individualitou ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, z\u00e1rove\u0148 nen\u00e1lepkovat a p\u0159edch\u00e1zet \u0161ikan\u011b. Cel\u00fd Tyg\u0159\u00ed sv\u011bt je o spolupr\u00e1ci a komunikaci. Jeho zakladateli je Kamila a Petr Kopsovi, tv\u016frci diagnostick\u00e9 metody \u017divotn\u00ed mapy\u00ae, ze kter\u00e9 Tyg\u0159\u00ed sv\u011bt\u00ae vych\u00e1z\u00ed. V zahrani\u010d\u00ed jsou metody zn\u00e1my pod pojmem Kops Method\u00ae. Pro n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1m\u011br identifikace \u2026<\/p>\n\n

Anotace projektu<\/h2>

Projekt se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 c\u00edlovou skupinou znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017e\u00e1k\u016f z etnick\u00fdch men\u0161in, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou definov\u00e1ni soci\u00e1ln\u00edm a kulturn\u00edm vylou\u010den\u00edm.<\/p>

C\u00edlem je poskytnout u\u010ditel\u016fm z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol modern\u00ed a vhodn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro identifikaci a zlep\u0161en\u00ed vrozen\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu<\/strong> t\u011bchto \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00fd ve v\u00fdsledku povede k \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu ukon\u010den\u00ed studia. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 p\u0159irozen\u00e9 schopnosti, talent a siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a u\u010ditel\u00e9 budou schopni pomoci \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm identifikovat a rozv\u00edjet ty jejich.<\/p>

V projektu spolupracujeme se 4 z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi \u0161kolami Jiho\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje, kter\u00e9 vykazuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl \u017e\u00e1k\u016f z etnick\u00fdch men\u0161in.<\/p>

Jednou z aktivit projektu je tak\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 6 z\u00e1stupc\u016f pedagog\u016f „partnersk\u00fdch“ \u0161kol, a to workshopy a \u0161kolen\u00ed ve 3 vybran\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch metod\u00e1ch (VIA, MBTI, Kopsova metoda). Z\u00edskaj\u00ed tak pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 know-how jak pro \u00fa\u010dast na tvorb\u011b aktivit, tak pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed metod ve vlastn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed praxi. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak dojde k ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vybran\u00fdch metod v praxi<\/strong>.<\/p>

Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je z\u00edskat pozornost \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a zapojit je p\u0159\u00edmo do projektov\u00fdch aktivit. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee se projektov\u00fdch aktivit z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 70 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny spolu se sv\u00fdmi u\u010diteli a tak\u00e9 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>

D\u011btem dod\u00e1me pot\u0159ebnou motivaci a sebeuv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed o d\u016fle\u017eitosti vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na v uveden\u00e9 c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupin\u011b \u010dasto chyb\u00ed (v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b zpravidla ka\u017ed\u00fd des\u00e1t\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k nedokon\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kolu).<\/p>

\u201eProjekt podpo\u0159il V\u00fdbor dobr\u00e9 v\u016fle – Nadace Olgy Havlov\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci programu Active Citizens Fund, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je podpora ob\u010dansk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti a h\u00e1jen\u00ed z\u00e1jmu znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch skupin. C\u00edlem programu je d\u00e1le inspirace k aktivn\u00edmu ob\u010danstv\u00ed a pos\u00edlen\u00ed kapacit neziskov\u00fdch organizac\u00ed. Program Active Citizens Fund vstoupil do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v z\u00e1\u0159i roku 2019 s c\u00edlem podpo\u0159it neziskov\u00e9 organizace nehled\u011b na jejich velikost a zku\u0161enosti. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice jej spravuje konsorcium, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed Nadace OSF, V\u00fdbor dobr\u00e9 v\u016fle – Nadace Olgy Havlov\u00e9 a Skautsk\u00fd institut. Program je realizov\u00e1n v r\u00e1mci Fondu EHP a Norska 2014-2021. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Fond\u016f EHP a Norska p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed st\u00e1ty Island, Lichten\u0161tejnsko a Norsko ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ekonomick\u00fdch a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f v Evropsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m prostoru (EHP) a k posilov\u00e1ni spolupr\u00e1ce s 15 evropsk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm posl\u00e1n\u00edm programu je tak\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce mezi \u010ceskou republikou a d\u00e1rcovsk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty. Jde o spolupr\u00e1ci mezi \u010desk\u00fdmi neziskov\u00fdmi organizacemi a organizacemi z Islandu, Lichten\u0161tejnska a Norska.“<\/p><\/blockquote>
